Do you mean that you want to get a direct link to the photo on Google Photos and insert it to the website?
That case, you cannot get a fixed direct link in any way while logged in.
Like as an answer from Rinus, the link obtained by "Copy image URL" in the right-click menu after preview (= expand one image) will be invalid after a while. So, need some steps as follow.
1) Make a shared album and add a photo to it.
2) Create a shared link of it.
3) Logout or use another browser to open the shared link.
4) Get a link by "Copy image URL" in the right-click menu after expanding view.
You will get the link such as format below (shorter than a link by Rinus)
If you delete a shared folder so a direct link to the photo is deleted too. Last of "=w1236-h825" is size, you can change. If you change it to "=d", it will be original size stored on the cloud (=downloading size).

Thanks for improving - I often just reply to get the topic back on top for a while because everything here goes down out of sight very fast due to the "permanent deletors". So basically due to Google who still does not understand that the trash on mobile should be secured against complete emptying.
PS: do you have an explanation while "my long link" will not work after some time anymore - assuming that my pictures stays in my library forever.
