How do you cast a photo album like a slideshow from google photos app

I saved photos to an album and can cast one photo at a time but want it to display like a slideshow

Open the first picture of that album and select Slideshow under the 3 dots right-up.

Fixed tempo of 4 seconds per slide, so often too fast.

But you can pause by holding your finger on the picture and then restart again via the 3 dots.

PS: be aware that the quality of casting fully depends on the quality of your phone or tablet.

There is no such option - only "Save to device" and "Remove from album".

Sorry, on iPhone or iPad the slideshow option in Google Photos is missing for reasons never explained.
