Permanently delete photos video backup restore

I am sangam sherpa and is google user from past 4 years. I respect all your policy regarding users and their data.

Some days back an incident happened, my little sister got my mobile phone and accessed my google photos account. I don't know exactly what she did but when I opened my photos account. Several of my photos were gone. I tried to find them in the bin but they were all gone. 

I wanna tell you that those photos were very important and mean a lot to me. 

So, kindly sir please send me those photos if you have a backup. I will always be worthy of you.
