Thank you. Can you please please please add the blur tool to blur out sensitive info from screenshots, photos, etc?

Good evening Katy, all I'm trying to do is take the picture and make an 8 by 10 instead of a 4 by 6 and I don't find any instructions on how to do that I did Mark 8 by 10 but when it ordered it said four by six could you tell me how to get to where I can just change that that's all the editing I want to do?

I want my settings to remain the way they where when I purchased the phone.kindly assist because I can't see see features to edit like filters,am tired
