Partner Sharing Live Photos not Working

Hi,

I made my second email a partner so I can access my photos from there too. However I noticed not all of my Live Photos work on the partner account. So even if it is a Live Photo originally, it will appear as a regular still image on the partner one.

Yes, I did not tick the option to sync only still images when making the partner.

However, can you please share a screenshot of live photo through the partner account?

Hi,

Here's one example of it:

The first photo is the original with the live feature, the second is on my second account and only a still photo.

I should point out too before I made the second account a partner, I uploaded the photo to it from the phone's files (regular stills, so they'd be in the highest quality). I changed my mind now so I would prefer to have the photos being shared and with the live feature.

Thanks for your reply.
However, I couldn't replicate your issue.
I did the same thing. Activated partner sharing with another Gmail account.
I access the photos through both the phone app & desktop. Everywhere, I could activate the video in motion photo through the partner sharing account.
 
Here is a screenshot of one such photo through the partner account.
 
 
Can you try once again through Google Chrome?
Also can you try deactivating & reactivating the partner sharing & see whether that makes any change?

Hi,

On Chrome too I can't activate the motion picture for this image. Oddly enough for some other photos, on the partner account there will be a duplicate photo created. One with motion and the other the regular still. Some others though, like this example, a duplicate with the motion is not created.

I would like to try reactivating partner sharing but I've already done a lot of work on the second account adding to albums etc :( .
