Your video will be ready soon Problem

I became father recently. I had great photos from my daughter birthdate. I tried to make movie with the photos and videos google photos with using my android device. 

However it did not really create the video. It stands like its in edit mode in android device. Moreover, I can not even see it in the web form. It tells me 

I am waiting for serious help. Not classical remove the cache vs... things.

There are not helping. Lots of people still having this problem.
