Troubleshoot problems with photo prints

Use the info below to fix issues with your photos prints. Learn more about photo prints from Google Photos.

Get help from the store

If you have issues with your photo prints or order, contact the store you ordered from. 

Important: You're unable to change or cancel an order in Google Photos once you place it. If you need to cancel an order, call the store you ordered from.

Contact the store if you have questions about: 

  • Order status 
  • Refunds
  • Missing prints 
  • Order delays
  • Cancelled orders
  • Incorrect orders 


Check order status

You’ll receive an email with status information after confirming your order in the Google Photos app. You’ll receive a push notification once your order is ready. 

If you don’t receive notifications, learn how to turn them on for Android devices or iOS devices

To check the order status, call the store you ordered from.

Find nearby stores

To find Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens stores where you can order photo prints from Google Photos, make sure your location settings are on. Learn how to turn on your location settings. 

Use promotions or coupons

In-store coupons and promo codes are unavailable with photo prints.
