Call the Google Pay India customer care number

You can reach the freephone customer care number at: 1-800-419-0157. Our phone support is available in four languages (Hindi, English, Tamil and Telugu).

In-app support

  1. Open the Google Pay app.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Help and feedback.

  1. Open the Google Pay Help Centre.
  2. Look for the issue that you're facing from the list of articles on the home page.
  3. Browse through the help topic that is relevant to your issue.
Level 2 - Grievance redressal
If you've already contacted our support channels listed under Level 1 support – Google Pay India helpline number, In-app support and our Help Centre – and your issue is unresolved, then please contact Google Pay India grievance support.

Level 3 - Contact the Nodal Officer

If you aren't satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 2 within 15 days after you raise the complaint, you can contact the Google Pay Nodal Officer by filling in this form and quoting your Level 2 reference number.

If the redressal process needs more time due to external factors, we will update you accordingly about the cause of the delay and the expected resolution timelines.
Alternative grievance options
  • NPCI redressal: To report your issue to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), submit a dispute redressal mechanism complaint.
  • RBI redressal: According to the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021, users have the right to approach the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman.
