To comply with updated Reserve Bank of India guidelines for Payment Aggregators, Google Pay for Business is requesting merchants to complete KYC upon seeing the reminder in their business app. Please note that the RBI mandates the sharing of business Officially Valid Documents (OVDs) such as GST during KYC based on your business type and annual turnover. We request all merchants to complete their KYC before September 15th, 2026, to avoid any interruptions to your payment processing and to ensure your account remains active. Note: If you have already completed your Re-KYC verification, no further action is needed.

Fix problems receiving money

To avoid issues with receiving money, make sure that your payment information is correct.

On your device, open the Google Pay for Business app.
Tap Profile Advanced settings Bank accounts.
Review your account details.
- Your bank account information must be updated. If not, update your bank account.
