Approve or deny an administrative access request

Follow the instructions below to approve or deny a pending administrative access request:

  1. Login to your Google for Nonprofits account, where you will see a notification that an administrative access request was submitted for your organization. 
  2. Click 'Manage Administrators' if it appears. Otherwise click on your organization's name.
  3. Click 'Make Decision.'
  4. Review the information and approve or deny the request.

If you approve this administrator, he or she will be able to view information associated with your Google for Nonprofits account. This includes your name, email address, and phone number, as well as organization information and products that have been activated. They'll have full control over the account, including the abilities to remove you as an administrator and activate Google products for your organization.

If you don't respond within the period specified in your notification email, your organization's Google for Nonprofits account will be reviewed by a Google representative who may transfer ownership of the account to the requester. If this happens, you will no longer be able to access and manage your Google for Nonprofits account. It won't affect your access to other Google products and services that you use with this Google Account and it won't affect your access to individual product accounts you've activated under Google for Nonprofits.
