Manage your Google Settings

If your phone uses Google Play Services, you can manage your Google apps and services in Google Settings.

Important: Some of these steps work only on Android 8.0 and up. Learn how to check your Android version.

Open Google Settings

Depending on your phone, either:

  • Open your phone's Settings app And then Google.
  • Open a separate app called Google Settings .

Account

  1. Under "Account," tap Manage your Google Account.
  2. Across the top, scroll to the tab you want.
  3. Tap a tab:

Services

Under "Services on this device" scroll down and tap the service you want. For example:

Clear app data

If an app isn't made by Google, you can delete its app data from your Google Account. On your main Google Settings screen, tap More  And then Clear app dataLearn how to free up space.
