Batch edit devices in Network Planner

You can use Batch Edit to make changes to multiple devices at the same time with an integrated Google Sheet.

Important: You can edit a maximum of 7,500 sites and 15,000 devices in one batch.

View & edit devices

1. Open a project.
2. At the top, switch to Table view . 
3. At the top left, click Devices.
4. At the top right, use the search bar to refine your search.
5. On the left, click the individual checkboxes next to the devices you want to change. If there are more than 30 devices that meet your criteria:
   • At the top left, click the checkbox to select all. Then click Select all items that match this search.
6. To open a sheets template, at the top right, click Batch Edit .
7. In the sheets template, make your changes. 
   • Important: 
     • Do not edit any of the headers in Row 1.
     • If you delete a row, the device is removed from the project when you save. 
8. Click Save changes.
