How to find and view revenue reports
There are two options when downloading transactional reports.
- You can download a “per transaction” report which shows all transactions over a daily, weekly or monthly basis
- You can also download a “per title” report which shows you the number of transactions made on a per title basis during the selected time period.
View your revenue reports

Log in to your YouTube portal. (Go to youtube.com, click on your profile picture in the right top corner. Switch account if necessary and you'll be taken to the Content Manager.)
Starting on November 1, 2021: YouTube will require all monetizing YouTube channels to enable 2-step verification (2SV). More about this here. -
Go to the Reports section.

Revenue and transaction reports are found under the Financial Reports tab.

Scroll down to Transactions Revenue and choose per transaction or title to download.
Column S ('Purchase Location') in your transactions revenue report shows the platform where the title was purchased.
Important: Due to data retention policies, reports are only available for 60 days and are then deleted. We strongly encourage you to download your reports regularly.
