Why this issue is happening
You’ve submitted the same value for the GTIN [gtin]
attribute for multiple products, but have submitted differing values for other attributes, such as item group ID [item_group_id]
attributes. As a result, your product data is inconsistent.
How to fix your issue
Make sure you provide the correct GTIN value for each offer, and that you provide consistent attributes for offers that have the same GTIN.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the pencil icon next to a product.
Provide the correct GTIN [gtin]
value for each offer and consistent attributes for offers that have the same GTIN.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data. Provide the correct GTIN [gtin]
value for each offer and consistent attributes for offers that have the same GTIN.
Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.
