Why this issue is happening
You submitted 2 or more values for the color [color] attribute in your product data. This indicates that one of your products varies by color, but you haven’t submitted unique URL values for the image link [image_link] attribute for each of these variants. As a result, the same image (submitted through the image link [image_link] attribute) is showing for both of these variants, regardless of their color.
How to fix the issue
To ensure that your products show an accurate image in the correct color, submit unique images for each product using the image link [image_link]
attribute.
Note: You need to submit a unique image URL for each variant, even if variants of the same product appear cosmetically the same, but differ in another way (for example, if they are different sizes).
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the product you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Make sure that the affected product has unique URL values for the image link [image_link]
attribute.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Navigate to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data, and make sure that each affected product has unique URL values for the image link [image_link] attribute.
Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
Next steps
After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.
