How to fix: Missing value: shipping [shipping]

Add shipping costs for your product

A custom icon for Merchant Center Classic article header.

Some of your products are missing shipping costs. These products will remain disapproved until you provide a shipping cost by using the account-level delivery settings or adding the shipping [shipping] attribute for each product.

Google recommends that you set up general rules at the account level, and override those settings for specific products only when they differ from the general rules. The delivery label [shipping_label] attribute can also be used to group your products together to specify special delivery rates.

You can specify up to 100 shipping attributes for each product, depending on the geographical split of your delivery services.

If you're targeting multiple countries, ensure that you have shipping costs for each country in the currency that matches the feed currency.

  2. Next, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the Diagnostics page.

Bear in mind: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the Diagnostics page.
