Reasons why the issue is happening
Some of your products are missing delivery costs. These products will remain disapproved until you provide a delivery cost for the item.
Delivery costs are defined using the account-level delivery settings, or adding the delivery [shipping]
attribute for each product.
It's recommended that you set up delivery settings at the account level, and then, if necessary, override your account delivery settings for specific products when they have different delivery requirements using the delivery [shipping]
attribute.
How to fix the issue
Add a delivery cost to the affected products.
Fix delivery settings for your whole account
Go to Delivery and returns in Merchant Center, under 'Your business'.
Click Add delivery information.
Configure your delivery information.
[shipping_weight]
, delivery length [shipping_length]
, delivery width [shipping_width]
and delivery height [shipping_height]
data.Select Save.
Fix delivery settings using the delivery attribute
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and ensure that for these products a valid product-level delivery setting is applied via the delivery [shipping]
attribute.
Note: It may also be necessary to update the delivery weight [shipping_weight]
, delivery length [shipping_length]
, delivery width [shipping_width]
and delivery height [shipping_height]
data.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you've fixed the issue by making sure that it's no longer listed on the 'Needs attention' page.
