Unsupported Buy on Google content
Certain products and services are not supported for promotion or sale in Buy on Google. All free listings and Buy Now Light policies apply, per the Google Terms of Service. It’s important to review the free listings policies, Buy Now Light policies, and the following list to ensure your products and services meet the outlined requirements.
Content that is not supported on Buy on Google:
- Used or refurbished products
- Final Sale Items
- Software (CDs and DVDs including downloadable software; video game DVDs are allowed)
- Items requiring in-store activation
- Items sold by marketplace sellers (excludes Buy Now Light merchants)
