Your member rate for shipping or carrier-calculated shipping will not be applied if your Merchant Center settings are missing either a loyalty program or loyalty tier label.

How to fix your issue
This issue occurs when you submit a loyalty program label [loyalty_program_label] and loyalty tier label [loyalty_tier_label] within the carrier shipping [carrier_shipping] or shipping [shipping] attribute, but the corresponding loyalty program configured in Merchant Center is incomplete.
- Go to the loyalty program under Marketing in the navigation menu.
- Ensure your loyalty program setup contains a Loyalty program label.
- Verify if your loyalty program setup contains a Tier label.
Note: For example, if you submit a member rate with the loyalty program label
[loyalty_program_label] set to "platinum" and loyalty tier label [loyalty_tier_label] set to "expresship," those exact labels must be created within your Merchant Center settings.Fix multiple products at once
- Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
- Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
- Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
- Cross reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data. Ensure that your loyalty program and loyalty tier setups in Merchant Center are complete and contain a program label and tier label.
- Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
