Why this issue is happening

How to fix your issue
Submit a valid value for the policy url [policy_url] sub-attribute based on Google's product data specification.
- Ensure the URL links to the exact return policy for the product.
- The URL must be included on the product description page for the associated product.
- The URL must start with http:// or https:// and direct customers to a valid policy page.
- Don't link to an interstitial page unless legally required.
- URLs must only contain forward slashes (/). URLs must not contain backslashes (\), spaces or certain symbols.
- The URL should comply with RFC 2396 or RFC 1738. For example, these two URLs wouldn’t be processed: http://www.example.com/space%20here.html and http://www.example.com/and%26here.html
