Why this issue is happening

For one or more of your online vehicle offers, you’ve submitted the condition [condition] attribute with a value of “new” for a region that does not yet support this type of offer. As a result, your offer has been disapproved in regions where new online offers are not yet supported.

How to fix your issue

To resolve this issue, remove the value “online” from the option [option] sub-attribute of the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute. Alternatively, you may change the value to “in_store” or “ship_to_store” provided you follow the requirements for those sub-attributes.

Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center

Step 1Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3Click on the title of the product you want to fix, then click Edit product.

Step 4Remove the value “online” from the option [option] sub-attribute of the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute for this offer.

Step 5Click Save.

Fix multiple products at once

Step 1Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.

Step 2Use the filter icon above the table to find all products affected by your issue.

Step 3Select the download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.

Step 4Search your product data for those products and remove the value “online” from the option [option] sub-attribute of the vehicle fulfillment [vehicle_fulfillment] attribute for this offer.

Step 5Reupload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.

After making the requested changes, check that you’ve fixed the issue by making sure it’s no longer listed on the “Needs attention” page.

Keep in mind: It may take some time for your change to be reflected on the “Needs attention” page.
