Understanding analytics

On the “Analytics” tab, you can check key analytics to understand creator engagement, sales activity, and commission details.

An overview of your performance reporting appears at the top where you can track the following metrics for the time period that you’ve set.

  • Sales: Total amount of sales driven through the program (includes pending and approved). The total excludes taxes and other fees.
  • Commissions: Total commission earned by creators through sale of your products (includes pending and approved).
  • Views: Number of views on videos with your products tagged.
  • Clicks: Number of clicks from creator-tagged products to your online store.
  • Orders: Number of orders during the defined period (includes pending and approved)

Note: Only creators who have driven >100 views to your website since joining the program will be displayed. If you don't find any creators listed on the tab, it means that no creators have met that threshold.

The ‘Top content’ section will highlight top videos with your products for the defined time period. Clicking on ‘View all content’ will give you an overview of top videos by sales, commissions, views, clicks, and orders.

  • Note: Only videos with >100 lifetime product views will be shown. If you don't see any videos, it means that no videos have >100 lifetime product views.

The ‘Top products section will highlight top products for the defined time period. Clicking on ‘View all products will give you an overview of top products by sales, commissions, views, clicks, and orders.

Users are able to download data on the top right of the page when viewing all creators, content, or products.
