Basic eligibility requirements

To use Google Customer Reviews, your checkout flow must include a separate order confirmation page and meet the following technical requirements:

• JavaScript code allowed: Your platform must allow you to add JavaScript code to all of your site’s web pages.
• Redirecting requirement: Some e-commerce platforms redirect customers to a third-party domain during checkout (for example, Shopify or CoreCommerce). If you use such a platform, redirect customers back to your domain's order-confirmation page. This must occur after they complete the checkout process.
• Encryption requirement: Your site’s order confirmation page must be encrypted (for example, only accessed using HTTPS).

Note: To participate in Google Customer Reviews, consent to the agreement for your country. You can review the agreement when you sign up.
