This page explains how to sign up for the Google Customer Reviews feature within your Google Merchant Center account.
Note: If you already have a Google Merchant Center account, skip to 2.
1. Create a Merchant Center account
- Go to the merchants.google.com.
- Select Create an account, and follow the prompts to sign up.

2. Opt in to Google Customer Reviews
In Merchant Center, make sure your account is verified and claimed. Learn more About online store URL verification
- In your Merchant Center account, go to Add-ons under Settings
in the navigation menu.
- Find the "Google Customer Reviews" add-on card under the "Discover" tab.
- Select Activate.
