Errors and warnings
Merchant Center will display issues that we detected with your merchant reviews. Use the 'Learn more' links in the review issues for guidance in correcting issues with the review. Consult the Google merchant review feeds XML schema for an overview on how to correctly format your feed.
Error: This refers to reviews that were not processed successfully and cannot be used. Verify that the review is formatted correctly based on the merchant ratings Google merchant review feeds XML schema and review our programme policies.
Warning: This refers to issues with the quality of a review. To improve the quality of a review, verify that the review is formatted correctly and contains all relevant information.
Errors
Missing Merchant ID
The merchant does not contain an ID value for the
Merchant ID attribute. This value must be included for all merchants and must be unique and stable for a given merchant. Refer to the Merchant reviews XML schema for an example and a guide to formatting this attribute.Missing create_timestamp
The review does not contain a value for the
create_timestamp attribute. This value must be included for all reviews and should be the time and date that the review was submitted by the user. This should never change. Refer to the Merchant reviews XML schema for an example and a guide to formatting this attribute.Missing country_code
The review does not contain a value for the
country_code attribute. This value must be included for all reviews and, when available, should be the country that the product was dispatched to or where the service was rendered. Otherwise, use the country that the reviewer is in at the point of creating the review. The country code must be in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format.
