Your linked or associated account has an issue that needs to be resolved before a Merchant Center review should be requested
Google has found that a suspended Google Ads account is linked to your Merchant Center account. The Google Ads suspension must be fixed first before your Merchant Center suspension can be reviewed.
Note: Removing or unlinking the suspended Google Ads account from your Merchant Center account won’t unsuspend or resolve your Merchant Center account issue. If a suspended Google Ads account is linked to your Merchant Center account, the Google Ads suspension must be resolved before your Merchant Center account issue can be reviewed.
Instructions
- Resolve your Google Ads account issue by filling out the Google Ads suspension appeal form. Our support team will reach back out to you in 5 business days regarding your account status.
- Once your Google Ads account is unsuspended, log in to your Merchant Center account.
- Request a review:
If your account or product gets disapproved you can either fix the problem and request a review, or disagree with the issue and request a review. There may be additional steps you can take, such as verification options, depending on the issue.
If the review is successful, your issue will disappear. In some cases, there's a limit on how many reviews you can request. This limit will be specified.
