Why this issue is happening
The delivery length [shipping_length] attribute is an optional attribute that allows you to specify dimensions for carrier-calculated delivery rates in Merchant Center. This issue occurs when the value that you've submitted for delivery length [shipping_length] is higher than Merchant Center permits.
How to fix your issue
To correct this issue, submit a dimension value within 1 cm and 400 cm or 1 inch and 150 inches. Your delivery costs are calculated based on dimensions and weight, so providing accurate dimensions within the limits helps to ensure that Google calculates these costs correctly.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the product that you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Make sure that the affected product has a valid delivery length
[shipping_length] value between 1 cm and 400 cm or 1 inch and 150 inches.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon
above the table to find all products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon
to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and make sure that the affected product has a valid delivery length
[shipping_length] value between 1 cm and 400 cm or 1 inch and 150 inches.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
