Why this issue is happening
One or more products doesn't have a value for delivery width [shipping_width]
in your account delivery settings. Delivery [shipping]

How to fix the issue
Add the width of the parcel using the delivery width [shipping_width]
attribute for all affected products so that the dimensional weight is calculated accurately.
Fix products one by one directly in Merchant Center
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all of the products affected by your issue.
Click on the title of the product that you want to fix, then click Edit product.
Make the required change.
Select Save.
Fix multiple products at once
Go to Products in Merchant Center, then select the Needs attention tab.
Use the filter icon above the table to find all of the products affected by your issue.
Select the Download icon to download a list (.csv) of all affected products for all issues or this particular issue.
Cross-reference the downloaded list with your uploaded product data and ensure that you've submitted a value for delivery width [shipping_width]
for all affected products.
Re-upload your corrected product data to Merchant Center using your chosen upload method.
