If you need to remove a return policy for Shopping ads and free listings, you may do so. It may take up to two days for your return policy to be removed, so you may still notice that your return policy is reflected on your ads and unpaid listings for a short time after you have deleted it.
Instructions
- Sign in to your Merchant Center account.
- From the page menu, click Delivery and returns and then click the Return policies tab.
- Under 'Your return policies', click the tick box next to the policies that you want to delete and click the bin icon.
Note: If this policy has exceptions, they will be deleted too. Policies and exceptions can't be restored after they're deleted.
