Google detected that you or a user of your account unfairly bypassed an account review. Practices like circumventing reviews for price mismatch, missing VAT or incorrect delivery are considered to be a violation of Google's 'Abuse of network' policy and can lead to a gap in necessary enforcements. For example, if you significantly reduce your submitted product count before a review and then upload the missing products shortly after receiving account approval, it could cause a gap in enforcement. This sort of violation can lead to a poor user experience. As a result, your account has been suspended.
To resolve the issue, follow policy compliance and fix the products that are causing the violation. For example, if your account was given a warning for a price mismatch, fix the products for which the price values in the product data don't match the landing pages instead of removing the products. Ensure that the products comply with Google's Shopping policies and requirements and don't engage in practices that attempt to circumvent or interfere with Google's review systems and processes. Any attempt to circumvent data quality reviews violates the 'Abuse of network' policy. This includes, but is not limited to, manipulating product data and/or site content in order to bypass checks. If your account is in a warning period, no request for review is needed. Google will review the account seven days after the initial warning date and again at any time within the next year. If your account has already been suspended, the review can only be requested 28 days after the suspension date.
