Re-enroll a device

Google meeting room hardware

You can delete all user data and settings by wiping and re-enrolling Google meeting room hardware devices, which includes Hangouts Meet hardware and Chromebox and Chromebase for meetings. You might want to wipe and re-enroll a device if you want to:

  • Reset a device that does not start correctly.
  • Re-enroll the device with a different domain.
  • Re-enroll a previously deprovisioned device.

Before you begin

Before you can re-enroll a device, you need to wipe it. For details, see Wipe Chrome device data.
