How do I track my order?
After you place your order, your Google reseller will provide more information regarding shipping. Refer to the contact information included with your order.
Limited Edition Customers (Samsung devices)
The following additional information applies to buyers of the limited edition Samsung devices only.
- Sign in to the Google Admin console.
- Click Device management.
- Click Settings to the right of Hangouts device management.
- Click Advanced settings.
- Click the Shipments tab at the top of the page.
The tab lists the order numbers, order dates, shipping status, carrier, and tracking number. Click Line details to see how many units the order includes, the actual shipment date, and the shipping address.
Devices show up on the Shipments tab only if your order was fulfilled from Google inventory. Devices ordered from vendors, resellers, or third-party sites don’t appear on this page.
