Control a meeting while using a whiteboard

Use the Google Meet Series One Desk 27 or Board 65 touchscreen to invite users and control the camera and microphone. You can also share your whiteboard with remote participants and present from another device.

Control using the whiteboard

1. Tap or to turn your camera and microphone on and off.
2. To chat with other participants, tap More In-call messages.
   Messages are deleted when the meeting ends.
3. To see who is in the meeting, tap More and then People.
4. To invite more people:
   1. At the top, tap Full screen .
   2. At the bottom, tap People
   3. Enter the name or email address and tap Send email.

Share joining info

1. At the bottom, tap for meeting details.
2. Use a computer or mobile device to send the meeting details in an email or messaging app.

Tip: To display the whiteboard again, tap Whiteboard .
