Take photos of 1:1 and group video calls

You can take photos of your 1:1 and group video calls with Moments.

Step 1: Turn on Moments

Important: If you have Moments turned on, other people can take and share photos of their video chats with you.

1. On your Android device, open Google Meet .
2. Tap More   Settings Calling settings  In-call settings.
3. Turn on Moments.

Tip: If you don't find the "Calling settings" option:

1. In Settings, tap Back .
2. At the top right, tap your Account icon.
3. Switch to the account where you turned on calling. Learn how to get started with calling in Google Meet.

Step 2: Take a photo

Important: When you take a photo, everyone on the call is notified and the photo automatically saves to each person’s camera roll.

1. Start or receive a 1:1 or group video call in the Meet app .
2. At the bottom left, tap Take a photo .
