Hey, I redeemed the socks for the rewards for the local guides. I received no confirmation email.

I have redeemed a pair of socks as a reward perk for being a local guide. After redeeming them, they told me that I would receive a confirmation email in an hour. I never received it. Then I tried putting my code in the FAQ page, which din't work either. Please if you know about this help me.
