There is no way to track devices based on the phone number. You can use the "find my device" feature (https://www.google.com/android/find) to locate, look or wipe your phone, but not tracking other users (for obvious privacy reasons)

regarding the server side calculation there is no api for that but you can do it client side
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/poly-containsLocation

If you want to do the calculation server side there are a lot of code examples of that if you Google for it.

For historical Street View:

When you're in Street View mode in Google Maps, if a clock icon is displayed under the address at the top-left of the map then historical street view imagery is available there. Click down arrow under the clock to expand the dates when imagery is available. You can click the different dates on the timeline to preview the imagery.

I'm not a Car Play developer but it looks to me that lists in Car Play have pretty limited real estate to work with. I guess Google chose to display the rating and adress instead of the ETA.

I guess that they probably could have displayed the rating in a more effective way, similar to that of Android Auto and added the ETA.

Please send this in as a suggestion in the app.
