Photos section not available in Maps Contributions

If I go to My Photos within my profile - whilst scrolling through them, the "loading cursor" suddenly stops and no more images will load. Tried this on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 as well as my Xiaomi Mi 9T phone. Both have the same issue.

I've deleted cache and data with no improvement. I've sent a report via the apps.

Anyone else able to reproduce this?

Hi All,

Welcome to the Google Maps community.

As there have been quite a few similar reports of this today and I can reproduce this problem, I am going to ask Google to investigate.

I will let you know what I hear back.

However, can you specify how many photos have you uploaded to Maps?
That will help in knowing the exact reason for the problem.

Just tried looking at maps using my wife's Google profile. No photos showing there either. She only has a few, but again - only reviews show up.

I also looked at a few profiles of other people - oddly .... again, only reviews are showing ... no photos.

I wonder if there's a server outage of some sort, affecting our locality for photos on maps? I'll sit it out and see again tomorrow. Thanks for your input सीके👍

Still not resolved today.

Others are beginning to report the same issue -

As I commented on the above discussion .... I've looked at other people's profiles to see if I can view their photos (list). On occasions, I could view their images - but only if they had very few photos and even then, not for everyone's profile that I checked. All of my pictures are still on Maps if I check a location I've contributed to, and the Badge count for Photography appears correct - so they don't appear to have disappeared.

The Web version of Maps has more of an issue today. As soon as I click on the Contributions tab - it says "Unable to connect. Please try again". Yesterday, I was able to view all photos on the web version. Now that's completely broken. Currently unable to even see Reviews.

Well my post wasn't really relevant to this , but it's been merged what is happening to me is that when you look at profile where your contributions are there is usually a part saying your pictures where you can check the pictures you have uploaded and see how many views they have had. This has now totally disappeared

. IIT is usually above the reviews

As you mentioned earlier I have absolutely the same problem and (I'm not sure if it was noticed) I have "frozen" counters of views in my profile from yesterday. I know that I'm not a star in photography but I've uploaded more than 4k photos to Maps and it has to increase like usually but not being stuck on the same number for the whole day.
