Save your favorite places on the map so you can quickly find them later from any computer, phone, or tablet.
Notes:
- To save places and view them on Google Maps, make sure you're signed in to your Google Account.
- To easily find an address not named by Google Maps, like your relative’s house, add a label to it. Learn how to give a place a private label.
Save a place right from Maps
- Open Google Maps and make sure you're signed in to your Google Account.
- Click or search for a business, place, or a set of latitude and longitude coordinates.
- Click Save
choose a list.
Save a place from another website
You can save places to your Google Maps from Google Maps on other websites.
- Open the website with a map embedded from Google Maps.
- To see a place's information, click a place on the map.
- Click Save
choose a list.
Your star and the website name will appear on your desktop and mobile Google Maps.
See your saved places
- Open Google Maps.
- In the top left, click Menu

Note: To see saved places while searching, you need to turn on Web & App Activity.
Delete a saved place
- Open Google Maps.
- In the top left, click Menu
Your places
Saved.
- Find the list with the place you want to remove and click More
Edit list.
- Next to the place you want to remove, click Remove
