Use the product line
[product_line] to show us where this product fits in your brand taxonomy. It should represent the name of a related group of products. A manufacturer can produce a number of product lines with hundreds of products under each line. Some manufacturers could call this a “product brand”, “sub-brand,” or “collection." This should be a marketing / branding term and not a descriptive term like a product category (i.e. “phone”).

- Do not include your company name or specific variants of products as product lines.
- Use a product line
[product_line]that would be recognizable by consumers.
For example, Microsoft owns several product lines, including XBox, Office, and Surface, each of which may include a variety of products. For instance, the XBox product line contains the XBox One, XBox One S, and Xbox 360.
