Use the release date
[release_date] attribute to display when your item was (or will be) released for sale to the public.

Optional for all products.
Note: If a product will be publicly announced in the future, use the disclosure date
[disclosure_date] attribute to make sure the information is not seen immediately.

These are the requirements you'll need to meet to show your product on Google. If you don't follow these requirements, we'll disapprove your product and let you know in the Diagnostics page of your Manufacturer Center account.
[release_date]must follow this format: YYYY-MM-DD. Dates in any other format will be rejected.
These best practices can help you go beyond the basic requirements to optimize your product data for performance.
If you use the disclosure date
- Do not submit “0” as a release date. “0” dates will be rejected.
