Transition account ownership

You can transition account ownership by following these steps:

  1. Open Settings using the menu in the top right of your account, and select Users.
  2. Make sure that the new account owner is listed and has Administrative access. If not, follow these instructions to add them as a user or change their access level.

If the Primary Contact matches the removed user, you'll need to change that information as well.

  1. Open Settings using the menu in the top right of your account, and select Account Settings.
  2. Edit the Primary Contact name and email to reflect the new owner's information. You can also edit the Technical Contact information, if applicable.
