What does error 550 5.7.26 refer to? Our mail is rejected with this error for the last week?

Over the last week or so, we've seen our mail rejected when sending to any gmail account.

We receive the bounce back error "550 5.7.26 information. p12si45857745iom.82 - gsmtp".

Any searches I've done online do not return results for this specific 5.7.26 error.

Can anyone advise what this error is related to?

Thank you.

Just some background, the mail is coming from an IBM iSeries Power7 server.

We can send mail to company email, Hotmail, customers, etc just Gmail accounts are bouncing back at this point.

Same issue here.

No chance to get in contact with the right persons over here at google/gmail.

After several mails to support-deutschland@ they stopped answering.

I have been having this issue as well.

I can't find any reference to this specific error code.

The error message quoted in the original post is the last of a series of lines starting with 550 5.7.26. To diagnose this, we will need all the lines. A search for 5.7.26 suggests that the message is being rejected due to the DMARC policy of the sending domain. In turn that probably means your message is not being sent through the SPF authenticated server.

Also been having this issue as well. Have valid SPF DKIM DMARC. no blacklists, no issues, no matter what i do it comes back saying

For further assistance, please advise what domain name you are sending from and what SMTP server you are sending through.

I am having same issue on my domain while sending email to Gmail only. I have valid SPF, DKIM and DMARC though getting this error

I have checked headers on Yahoo!, Hotmail and other services my domain is signing emails properly.

If someone has managed to resolve it, kindly share your solution. It can be helpful for others.

Same here. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC all verified and mail is still being rejected at gmail.

Are you sending through an SMTP server that is covered by the SPF record?
