Can my facebook account help me verify my gmail account?

Google does not use 3rd party sites or app connected the account as verification method.
Account recovery form is the only option provided by Google to recover your account; Google does not provide other options. Hence, if you want to recover your account, you will have to use account recovery form.
Before submitting account recovery form, make sure to take note of the recommended steps you need to follow when submitting account recovery form:

- For additional info, you may also check this article: http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/.
- Kindly use account recovery form from previous logged in location/ip address and used device for your Gmail/Google account as Google will also check it in the backend.
- If you are unable to provide one of the verification details such as 2sv or backup code or recovery phone or email address, you may skip it by selecting "Try another way" in account recovery form.
