Set policies for how users grant access to new and existing third-party visualizations in reports

In the Google Admin console, you can control whether users can grant consent to add third-party — that is, non-Google — visualizations to a Looker Studio report by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Appsand thenAdditional Google Servicesand thenLooker Studio.
  3. Select the Features card to expand the configuration options.
  4. Select Third Party Settings.
  5. By default, users will be able to add any non-Google visualization to a Looker Studio report. Select the Disable new non-Google visualizations checkbox to prevent users from adding non-Google visualizations to a report. Select the Disable existing non-Google visualizations checkbox to disable rendering of non-Google visualizations for the selected users.
  6. Select Save.
