About direct business search

Direct business search helps you to reach customers who specifically search for your brand or business name. This type of search intent is different from a category search, where customers look for a general category type, for example, "plumber near me" or job type ("unclog my drain"). You can identify the source of your leads using the “Search intent” filter in your Local Services Ads lead inbox.
