Important: To claim a Knowledge Panel, you must be a person with personally identifiable information, such as a musician, artist, journalist, and politician.

Get verified

  2. Go to Google Search.
  3. Search for yourself or the entity you represent and find your knowledge panel.
  4. At the bottom, click Claim this knowledge panel.
    • You might find this option in the "About" section.

  5. Review the information.
  6. Sign in to one of the official sites or profiles listed:
    • YouTube

Tips:

  • If Google can’t identify any sites associated with the person, you'll be prompted to provide more information to help us verify you.
  • If you’re a local business that serves customers at a particular location or within a designated service area to manage your presence on Google Search and Maps, create a Google Business Profile

Once you've been verified, you can add users as authorized representatives.

  1. Go to https://www.google.com/search/contributions/manage.
