Completing the Billing Setup
When you first create a new sub account with direct billing, it will be "on hold."
To complete the billing setup, contact your Account Manager. You must pass a credit check and sign a contract with Google before an account with billing can serve ads.
The Console indicates the current status of your billing setup in multiple views.
Account Info view
The Account Info tab displays the following panels related to billing:
The CPC Billing Info panel on the Account Info view displays information related to how your account is billed. You work with your Account Manager to fill out this information.
The Account Status panel includes an overview of your billing status, where:
- Status is OK. Ads can show for this account.
- Direct billing is incomplete for this account account. Ads will not show for this account or its children.
- Direct billing is incomplete for the parent of this account. Ads will not show for this account.
