Can't access groups

If you're having difficulty accessing your group online, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Verify that you're signed into the group with the correct email address.
  • Make sure you're an active member. If you were invited to the group, double-check that you've accepted the invitation. If you requested an invite, wait for the email that states your request was accepted.
  • Confirm that the group is active and hasn't been deleted. You may need to contact the group owner to find out whether a group has been deleted or its URL changed.
  • If you're using a bookmark or external URL to access the group, try signing into your Google Account and accessing your group via the Google Groups homepage.
