My Ad Grant account is active but not linked to an Adwords account

My Ad grant account has a status of approved and I have a customer ID, however, when I click the sign in to ad grant link it takes me through to my existing AdWords MCC. I used the email account associated with my MCC to set up the nonprofits and for the approval process. Thinking the grant account would sit within My MCC.

However, this seems to have caused an error, so effectively my Ad grant customer ID doesn't have an email/account associated with it.

Is there someone from the ad grants/nonprofits teams who can help?

That's normal.

When you click the link in the Google for Nonprofits account, it does not take you directly to a specific account i.e. your ad grant.

It simply takes you to Google Ads, where you might already be logged in using a different account. In this case, your MCC.

Simply logout of Google Ads and login to the correct account.

The nonprofit should set up and own their own Ad Grant account, then you would request access via your MCC in the usual way.

Thanks Jason. Unfortunately, I can't log in to my ad grants account. Speaking to AdWords customer services they say that there is no login associated with the customer ID. Is there a way to reset it?
Are they saying there is no login associated with the Customer ID for the account you see in Google for Nonprofits? The one you're shown when you're logged into https://www.google.com/nonprofits/ ?

If so, scratching my head.

Any account must have at least one user who can login.

I can log into my https://www.google.com/nonprofits/ fine. It's creating an AdWords account linked to ID 905 that is the issue. What's the best thing to do?
