How do I check when my Google Play Credits expire and if they expire at all?

How do I check when my Google Play Credits expire and if they expire at all? This is not very user friendly.

Regular Google Play Credits (through the Gift Cards or recharge codes) do not expire.

"3. No Fees or Expiration. No fees or expiration dates apply to this Gift Card or Credit."

Credits that you get from Opinion Rewards expire 1 year after you get them. The next expiration amount and date will be listed in the Play Store app. Go to Menu (three bars in top left) and go to Payment Method.

It will say something like:

Google Play Balance: $20.19

Expiring: $2.16 promotion

Deduction on 06/10/2020

Do not wait to use Opinion Rewards credits. There is no way to get them back if they expire. Google will automatically use those first if you happen to have a mixed balance of regular credits and Opinion Reward credits.

My rewards balance says all of my rewards are expiring 9/26/19. I thought they lasted a year? How can I see an accurate total of what is actually expiring in 2 days?

It seems I lost over $20 in rewards credit in the last couple of days. Is there a way to know exactly when they will be expiring. As it seems they took a huge lump out at once instead of perhaps the ones that were within that year time.

This seems to be the same issue I'm facing. My account says the entire balance (about $35 from surveys) is expiring next month. But that includes money from surveys I've done in the last few days.

Shouldn't it be 25 cents expires today, 10 cents in a week, etc based on when each survey was rewarded?

I also lost quite a few credits (earned from Rewards) without any intimation.. Is there any way to get them back- Deduction is not at all clear..

Same exact issue here, that my entire rewards balance is supposed to expire soon, including that which was recently earned. How can we check what will actually expire when? Also, there's no way to get a transaction history to see what has expired (vs spent) in the past and when.. awful user experience without that.

Why are all my rewards (earned over a long period of time) expiring on the same day? And when you use google play rewards, is it always spending the oldest credit first, or is there any way to select using the expiring credit first?

Had same issue. Emailing opinion-rewards-support@google.com only gets me auto generated responses to read faqs.

Credit expiration hadn't been happening after a year, and cannot see in a friendly format when

upcoming credits expire. Horrible user experience.

I have decided if I don't receive a good response, I am going to cash in my credits and go dark on Google. The $20 they stiffed me will be a fraction of their losses when my user data dries up and goes stale.

Did we ever get a resolution here? I have credit set to expire in July but I answer 2-4 surveys a week. I thought it was one year after your last reward, not one year after the reward was earned
