Google Play says my device isn't compatible with the app even though it meets required Android version

I have created an app with minimum sdk support is 19 and maximum sdk support is 28. But Google Play says my device isn't compatible with the app even though it meets required Android version in Samsung Galaxy S6 with android 7.0 Naught.

Please try this troubleshooting steps:-

1) Restart Your Device
2)Go To Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage > Clear data

I wanted to download an app and it said 'Your device isn't compatible with this version'. Probably Google Play might be making devices incompatible with most apps and games.

It says my device is no longer compatible when I look at google play services for AR.

I get the following mssg: This app isn't compatible with your device anymore. Contact developersfor info

It still says slotomania has stopped and want load the app even after I went to the play store in settings and cleared the data still said the same thing then I restarted my phone and it still want load
